TASK:
Students are expected to give an oral biography presentation about their chosen famous person along with their presentation board. The "Living Museum" will open as students stand still in a designated spot near their presentation board until someone approaches and press the "button" to activate the "WAX" character. Once the button is pressed, the students will come alive in their biographical character and give a 1-2 minutes speech about the character's life and contribution to humanity/country. This speech is done in first person. Students will be graded on a number of different criteria: information, meeting due date and quality of performance. Expression, gestures and motions will be expected for a high performance grade. Costumes and props are encouraged, though not required for the presentation. |
